I got a Radeon RX 6800 XT a few months ago, and now I can't even get into any fights or i'll die from the five second lag spikes every twenty seconds ... I have an i7 10700k, with the above GPU, with 32gb of ddr4 ram, so I know that it's not causing any of this. My internet is 100mb/s down 15mb/s up, and i'm on ethernet.

While playing this game though I get crazy lag spikes, I disabled skins with graphics.itemskins 0 but it's still lagging, I first thought it was lag from skin downloads, but there's no way it is with that previous command. The servers I play on are normally 30-40ms ping, but I get lag spikes from 2000ms to 15k+ms. Before I got the new gpu I never had this issue, and if I play any other games I NEVER get lag spikes...?

Might sound silly but have you got the latest driver(s) installed for the GPU ?. the ones supplied are generally not up to date, I have the same CPU as you do with 32gb DDR 4 3200 ram but due to a gpu failure i am running game off of the CPU with internet running at 100u/37d , i sometimes get lag but not that often, your setup should be screaming along compared to mine,  have you optimised the game with the radeon software ?
