can anyone tell me where to place minicopter.population 1 so it loads everytime i restart my server? i have placed it in serverauto.cfg and server.cfg and i thought it was working, along with other tweaks lowering animal pops and disabling balloon, also how to have it so i can connect to my ip from away from home for rcon. i can only connect localy from another pc, do i need to place my ip in my startup? and which ip and format. i read you just do *.*.*.* orthe loacl ip of the server?  

server.cfg should work

consider creating separate threads for separate issues.

regarding RCON, you could try setting rcon.ip to your public IP

I have many more questions, this is like going to the doctor they limit you to 3 issues, if you have more make another apointment , ie: separate thread, please excuse my faux pas, i will limit myself to one question :P and i am going to try doing external ip to rcon in my startup batch file. thank you Misticos :)
