Is it right, that by default SAM sites don't shoot the owner and his team anymore?

No. It's weird. Other players have that too but maybe not everyone cause one player asked me how to avoid being attacked by own SAMs. :D
I didn't add anything to the server regarding SAM's and like 2 wipes ago SAM's did fire at the owners.

Vanilla can't do this. Would have to be a plugin. Check your plugin list for anything relating to Sam Sites or Authorization. If nothing stands out, try unloading plugins one by one or in batches to see if the behavior changes.
