anyone had or having this issue in Rust? join a server once and then after a bit whole game freezes and crashes then open and join again and runs perfectly fine only been doing this for past month cant find why tried uninstalling and reinstalling game even formatted but seems to be only Rust, 

Maybe ping is too high (?) or server has problems with entity limits (?) its hard to tell, but with 4000+ there has to be a low ping one near you.

no ping is fine local 10 to 20 ping

nothing network or ping related and it seems to happen on any server join once whole game freezes then crashes to windows then i have to open again join server and its fine
