I have seen afew servers with the group colours the same as this and was wondering if anyone knew which plugin it is.

How is it possible to make the background glow like that though?
The above picture looks like BetterChat, using "Bold" and a cool color choice. There doesn't seem to be any special glow in the pic that I can see.
They have this probably as I can see on the image...
Where dark red is their text background but opacity is set to 10% or something small. Other than this do not see anything more.
