Plugins for community server

Hello.
I only have these plugins on my server :

AdvertMessages , permission manager, playerlist, playtime tracker, steamchecks, vanish,  raidtracker and wipe countdown.
Aren't these allowed in community servers?
Host provider dont want to change to community without a confirmation.

Depends...

If you edit advert messages to be full white text and prefix to be SERVER so they looks like manually typed from console like say message I guess its OK because players won't see difference from vanilla game. Permission manager is OK because its admin tool, playerlist is NOT OK or OK, not sure you I do not see problem but changes game for players so FP won't like it... do with RCON !pop better or idk, Steamchecks is fine, because will only look in background for VAC's and Gamebans duration, etc if remember right and its not problem I think again... vanish is fine while its only used from admins, Raid Tracker is allowed again if used by admin and Wipe Countdown is not ok because changes visually again for the players, try to convert it again SERVER prefix and fill white text, idk... But I suggest you to skip wipe countdown or playerlist better...
