so my server starts up and you can play on it i havent seen anything out of line but in the consel this pops up every time i start the server and i dont know how to get rid of it i tried reinstalling the server files but it still pops up

You appear to be mixing Rust versions. Make sure you are not using the release branch of Rust with Oxide.

how do i make sure im not using the release branch and it appears without installing oxide too

What are you using to install? Make sure you aren't setting any branch.

well i do the steamcmd then i do the force_install_dir D:\testserver then app_update 258550

nope i tried everything i reinstalled the server like 10 times i wiped my pc and tried it just keeps popping up 

Try a fresh install of Rust and see if that helps. You could also try running steamcmd with the validate option.
