Expected to have 200 players

go dedicated. Trust me. The amount of updates rust is gonna get is nuts. Even they say that our servers are not impacted, well... bullshit ah. i had to extend my ram on all rust servers because they started to hiccup. Cost me a whopping 400 bucks to make that happen.

I have to agree, dedicated is the way to go if you plan to have a large server with a lot of players.

As for your internet speed, from what I can tell thats a residentual plan, and that just isn't great, most ISP's will only offer best effort for your availiable bandwidth, and then theres the problem of even using half of that upload speed will cause a ping increase accross the board, best to do what Majaspokla said and pay for a dedicated server :)
