Is there any plugin that can do simple say "TEXT" when specific command is executed only for the related player.

for example use other plugin to do execute as reward 'addgroup steamID supporter 1d' and player receive something they do not visually see and do not know they have it at all then... So what uMod plugin can do trigger chat message for the player related with above command and do You won supporter or You got free day of supporter or bla bla...
