I want to be able for someone to claim a command, like with Server Rewards for example,   but I want the command to be give them permission for something, but have a timer for how long they have it, and then their permission is taken away again after the timer ends.  What plugin or command would I have to do for this to work?

Example;     

Player buys NightVision command in Server Rewards /S,   which lets them see daylight, during the dark.   I want them to only have NightVision active for a short amount of time, like 1 minute, and then after 1 minute, their permission is revoked and they go back to seeing darkness.

Does that plugin have a way to force a chat command when a player is given access to a permission?  I want them to immediately have NightVision the second they buy the command for it, and then they would have to rebuy permission again to use it again.  I don't want them to buy the command and for them to have to type in /nightvision,  but want it to automatically be put on them.

I would check with the plugin that runs the command to see about running multiple.
