Download the oxide (windows or linux) manually then just throw everything from Managed folder into the Managed folder did the trick for me on linux

I see icedhost is saying the startup command needs a validation? 

We are having same issue but are working on it. check the post regarding Oxide update may help

Yes I have done that. But the server only say Starting server.... 

Please check your server logs for errors. This is likely from not being updated.
