Put 200 Lowgrade in and quarry is wqorking fine but it still has 200 in it 

deactivated most of my plugins and quarries are still not taking the lowgrade 
No idea how to fix this issue as ive tested a few servers and its fine on theirs

I need lowgrade to start the quarry but i can put 1 in it and it will never run out
