ive seen Skins made for plugins that are not able to be done via the rust workshop. ive been trying to figure out how to do it without having to ask a dev to code something for me. is there any way?

Like edits for items like Glue/keycards/paper

ive seen atmcards, money & bars skinned in custom plugins but you cant do this in the workshop
