I know that there are a lot of props in the prefabs of the game that are spawnable and 
I would have liked to know if there was a plugin to your knowledge to pose a bit like the decorative elements already in the game ?

I know, I'm talking about other decorations, those that we can spawn for example on rustedit.

You can't spawn them in game after map was built

Because apparently there are hidden object items like the poker table in the game.
and also I know there is a mod adding the recycler as a placeable item.

Thats different thing. You can spawn table, thats why its there. You can add same items but ONLY entities, not all prefabs
