I made this program for a server owner who had a custom skin plugin made for him but he had to get skins manually from the site 1 by 1. I then had the idea along with a friend to make a program for him to ease the process. This program will go category by category in any format you want and take the skins for which you will have the ability to export them to your desktop and put them in. I havent seen how skins work for skinbox or any other skin plugin so if you have an example of what they look like I can make the program work with it. If your interested in this look at my video of it.

I am not sure about that, since post was up around 15 hours and none of ~8 staff members? blocked it, so probably its fine
It isn't exactly obvious what this does or how it does it. At first glance it appears to use a very complicated method to simply obtain publicly available skin icons from the Steam CDN. If I'm wrong about that, please correct me.
So does this get the actual original skin .png which normally arent publicly available or is it just collecting available skins like skinbox used to do in the past too?
