Is it possible to change the scarecrow population (and other pop.'s like bear, boar, etc) without wiping the server?  I've entered the command while the server was running... even added it to the server's .bat file and restarted it, but they're not showing up.

What command, you can do `bear.population` to see the current setting and `bear.population 6` to change it to 6 per square kilometre.

Same syntax for all other animals and even some other items like minicopters.

Try playing with `halloween.scarecrowpopulation` and you may have some luck.

I've tried that.  Doesn't seem to work.  Guess it must be set on server-start.  Thanks, though.
