Cannot connect to destination hostSolved

Hey!
I got a problem, a few people can join my server and few people cant.

The error message on rcon i see is,


"Username" disconnecting: couldn't download level: zombieworld v.1.67 (cannot connect to destination host) 

This problem came after last update where a few plugins also stop working and had to replace them with other plugins.
Example stackmanager stop working and could not get it to work what ever i did, so replaced with stackmultiplier instead

But i was thinking if i could maybe stop the server and update oxide/steam again if that might work?
But can i do that without wipe?

Steam and Oxide can often have several updates during a wipe cycyle , all you have to do is stop the server , update steam and oxide then restart the server. if you are not changing the map seed it wont make any difference to what was there before the update
