Is there a place to download rust procedural maps so i can edit them to reupload them to my server? Only way i could download a map was to put it on my server first then dowload it thru the FTP which will not work for me! Thanks

Log on to Rust server and wait for load.
Log off and close Rust.

Go to:
C: Program Files (x86) / Steam / steamapps / common / Rust / Maps

pull the map out of there.

Not to my knowledge, just custom maps people produce and make available for download.

The RUSTIO maps are copyright , you will find the mark on all their maps, they probably wont mind if you change things for your own use so long as you are not posting them anywhere else
