Is there a plugin that will either remove the loot an NPC has on them or disable the looting of an NPC body altogether?

There's plugin on external website that I know its free and uses to modify NPC loot drops so if you edit the loot with it and at all remove everything from the drops you will see empty bodies. If player harvest the NPC for cloth not gonna leave backpack because nothing in the body. I can hit you the plugin on DM if you want.
