What plugin is this where you have some little task on the upper left corner of your screen like craft a sleeping bag, craft a fireplace, Like some beginning task.

Hope you know what i mean :-D 

Sounds like BattlePass. Paid plugin on another website. I can't link it but you can find it via search engine.

Its more like a guide to follow for starters :-)

That's a Facepunch thing, it shows on official servers where you can get achievements. It essentially just walks you through to complete the steam achievements.
