i am searching for a possibility to restart the Server automatically after doing a scheduled restart or a "restart" command in Console. Natively the Rust Servers have no auto-restart.

Is there any possibility to get a auto-script as .bat to put it in the FTP?

Sorry for asking so "noob"-like.

If you have a host where they provide a panel, that's generally something you'd have to do via that else contact the host.
