The server is therefore not working, I think

Enforcing SpawnPopulation Limits
loot (SpawnPopulation) has 2256 objects, but max allowed is 400 
 - deleting 1856 objects 
ores (SpawnPopulation) has 7830 objects, but max allowed is 1909 
 - deleting 5921 objects 
v2_temp_forest (SpawnPopulation) has 10199 objects, but max allowed is 6361 
 - deleting 3838 objects 
v2_temp_forest_small (SpawnPopulation) has 9993 objects, but max allowed is 6361 
 - deleting 3632 objects 

None of that would prevent your server from starting.
