Hey guys i have a problem i installed plugins and oxide but every time a want to grant me the permissions this line appears
oxide.grant <user> <76561############> <playeradministration.access.show>
Permission '<playeradministration.access.show>' doesn't exist

You aren't using the command correctly, the < and > just indicate that it is a placeholder; remove those.

You replaced the user sub command with your username, which is wrong.

Yes, remove the < and > from all parts as mentioned before.
