is there are a plugin that auto wipes the server by selecting files that you want to delete within the config? It would help alot being since I live in Australia 

This could not be handled by a plugin (plugins have limited access to the filesystem), you would need a third-party tool or server management tool to do this for you.

You could also disable the sandbox and have a plugin handle it, but that wouldn't be recommended. A third-party tool would be the recommended way.
