Ive noticed on some plugins in the config theres color values like "0.55 0.73 0.23 0.27"
Its just 4 decimal numbers. I cant figure out how to change the value to my needs. What is it called so i can google it maybe?

RGBA?

Yes they are RGBA, with 1 being the max value and 0 being the minimum.
