Quick question, I have the feeling that there is a plugin eating some of my performance on the server. Is there any command to see what the time reaction is of each plugin? like a /ping or /heartbeat?

If you type "oxide.plugins" into the server console it shows you the average hook time for all plugins loaded on the server. That could help you I guess.
