We have a player that is getting this error

Any ideas? Its for one player. He has rebooted game and pc. other players connect no problem

Our entire server has this issue about 10 days into the wipe and had to do a full server wipe to fix it and now I have a single player haveing the same issue
hello!
have an issue with one player on my server.
he cannot wake on his sleeping bag unless he disconnects and then log into another server and then come back.
one more thing is that he allways see his sleeping body next to him while running across the map.
the problem started after he put his bag between fridge and small box and stuck when tried to wake up.
any ideas what can be the problem/ways to fix?
restarting rust/windows, installing the game from 0 - didnt helped.
other players dont have this issues.
Have him suicide "Do not respawn" disconnect and reconnect.

I have a major issue with a few players that can't move when they spawn on my server. They see their bodies all stretched and red errors on the top left of their screen. The only way I can get them to move again as an admin is to ask them to disconnect. I tehn use my hammer tool to remove their bodie then they spawn again. Some respawn location will work for them, but some of them will bring the same bug again. I now have 3 players expericencing this issue on my server and its impossible for themto play like this. Yes I tried a server restart and I removed all the plugin I can think that would interfere with player spawn.

I also tried to change the location of my server and changed the ip. I get the same issue. My provider is Ping Perfect.
One more interesting thing is that when they spawn, in their team its showing them as dead. when someone kills them when having the bug it kicks them out of the server giving an error message

What plugins do you have installed, what error logs can you submit ?
Problem solved. It was a Facepunch problem. They got aware of this issue 2 days after the forced wipe. You must Re update Umod and Steam in your gamepanel even if its showing that you have the latest version.
