I need help fixing the
Application folder:
C:/Users/Administrator/Desktop/Rust2021/rustserver
There should be 'RustDedicated_Data'
folder next to the executable
It couldnt find any fixes

Sounds like you didn't actually install the Rust server. Make sure you've installed it via SteamCMD. Downloading Oxide alone will not install the server, it's just a mod.

The directory not existing would mean the server isn't installed. If you are using a host, they may just hide it from view. There isn't really a trick to get it to show.Mattdokn

yes sulution is to delete all these files 
then run the updater

Adding the "validate" arg to your SteamCMD handling would be all that is necessary to fix/download missing files.Mosesyes sulution is to delete all these files
