Based on the screenshots, it looks like a general error that can happen when an entity or player is corrupted. May have to find a way to remove them or wipe.

I'm sure it can be frustrating to deal with issues, but insulting someone trying to help you isn't the way to go about it. I am not here 24/7, there are only select periods when I can provide support; which is the case for most here.

Regarding your issue though, I gave you as much information as I have. I have not experienced that issue, and I've not seen a solid solution for it. My only input was that the save was likely corrupt, and would need to be reset; or perhaps the player data. You can try that, but I would backup first. There may be other ways, but I do not know of an exact cause.

What i did is i wiped it and changed seeds and change size of maps and remove plugins and even SWITCH websites for hosting and still same error occures ( i transfered the files on to the main webhosting)

Did you remove plugins before or after wiping? If a plugin is causing the issue and you still used it after wipe, then it would mess it up again.

I honestly am super confused as which plugin is doing this, it clearly says that the error is :

That error referrs to Oxide.Rust, but the error is actually coming from a plugin using the OnEntityTakeDamage hook.

No, adding a player to a group wouldn't cause the error you have on clients. I would report that DiscordGroup one in its forum section though.
