Set weapon stats of a custom weapon?Solved

I made a weapon by doing this.

        {
            var newitem = ItemManager.CreateByName("m92.entity", 1, 2340816326);
            newitem.name = "M92 - Mod";

            return newitem;
        }


        [ChatCommand("givegun")]
        void GenerateLoadout1(BasePlayer player)
        {
            var item = MakeItem();
            player.GiveItem(item, BaseEntity.GiveItemReason.PickedUp);

        }​

I want this weapon to only have 1 bullet in the mag. Does anyone know how to do this?
