I set decay to 10% of the normal 100 with decay.scale 0.1.
But what exactly does that mean? Does the tc consume 10% less resources than normal in the same time?
Or does it mean that the same amount of resources can hold  the base 90% longer?

What does it mean for the players if they look in the cupboard?
Does the timer still show the exact time til decay starts?
Does it show the right amount of resources needed day by day?

Or does decay scale only mean how long it takes til a base decays after the resources in the tc are gone?
