I have installed oxide with a few plugins since 1 week (when the sever started), today I've wiped - new seed -  the map (no the BP) and all my plugins stoped working, and oxide is no running anymore. 

Any idea for what is happening? I need help please

The map changing has nothing to do with Oxide, and would not cause Oxide to not work. Oxide working has everything to do with if you updated your server for a Rust update, like the one that came out today.

Re-installing Oxide is the same as installing it.

So I just throw the files to the server and start it up?

If that's how you installed it originally, yes.
