When i run the Start.bat it spams the error "ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: shader" i have looked around but have not been able to find a solution. 

Can you post the containment of that file?

Also, the full error from the log would be useful, otherwise there's nothing we can really do to point you in the right direction.
