My files are not changing from cs to json is there any way to fix the issue.

Are you saying that when you place a plugin into the plugins folder, it doesn't generate a json file for you?

Plugin files are not .json files. If a plugin has a configuration, it will be created under oxide/config when the plugin cs is loaded.
