How do i get to add people as admin? because it does not seem to work. 
I cannot think of other solutions?

in console, type
ownerid steam64id

then type
server.writecfg

but how do i make it work with your plugin then? because i got the admin thing to work, but not your plugin.

You will have to assign the permissions required to the user in question. Just read the plugin page fully.
