Error while compiling: compiler version disconnectedNot An Issue

When I add a plugin to the /oxide/plugins folder I get the following messages in the console and oxide logs:

User running server may not have the proper permissions or install is missing files

Error while compiling: compiler version disconnected

I have made sure that the user has full permissions for each directory and have reinstalled oxide multiple times. I know that oxide is successfully running because I can use the oxide.version command and see the version of oxide that my server is running.
What am I doing wrong?

This could be caused by multiple instances of the compiler running at a time. Shut down the server, close any Compiler.exe processes then launch the server again, see if that fixes your issue.
You'd really need to view the full log for other output generally. This message generally means what it says, as in some files are not accessible or are missing.
I made sure that there were no other Compiler.exe processes open when launching the server. The full log is below. If anyone else has installed plugins on a rust server using google cloud platform, I would really appreciate seeing how they installed their plugins.
You have files missing or are inaccessible. Make sure you fully installed Oxide and ALL of the files from the zip, and that the user running the server is the same as the one that owns the files. See where it says "not found" in the log.
