Im set as the owner and the moderator id set to myself. When i go in the game and do command to see the items list it wont gve me any of the items i click, any help?

If you initially made yourself owner in-game, you'll need to rejoin. 

If you use the Give plugin as well, you'd need to read the plugin page for permissions.
