Ive had this line added for about 3 weeks now, but Ive recenlty noticed it doesnt work? THis was suposoed to prevent anyone from creating a team with more than 3 people... Ive seen people still  makng team of 6 and whatnot...

Make sure you are spelling it correctly, as your title had a few typos in it before. It should be "relationshipmanager.maxteamsize"

I was definitely spelling it correctly. But putting it in the server.cfg wasnt cutting it... same with the weather commands... Some guy actually made a plug in for me to inject these server commands for me, and that actually did the trick. They work when typing them into the console... But its super inconvient after a server restart as I would have to do it again. Injecting the commands via custom plugin was really the only way I got this to work.....

A plugin such as Auto Commands should handle your issue as well.
