Hi, my server is experiencing lag, it isn't crashing, just kicking all the players, this is a list of all of the plugins i have (apologises to those who dont have good eyes lol) From what i know of so far, its a plugin issue, i've tried some fixes some people have been recommending but no luck so far, some of these crashes have been due to BetterChat from what i know of as it starts freaking out saying things such as Calling 'OnPlayerChat' on 'BetterChat v5.2.1' took average 1454ms.

Any known fixes to this? And if you did fix it, what helped? Any suggestions help, thank you :)

EDIT:  Pretty sure it's to do with the Vanish plugin, any help?

maybe server does not have enough RAM...

We've upgraded the RAM before, unloaded some plugins that was taking up "space" namely Vanish, and its done fine so far.
