I have had my server running off a custom time line for about a year now I run it in timed execute with skip night vote never had a problem with it till today after restart at 5pm EST. Now when timed execute changes the time the sun jumps around from two differetn time spots every 15 seconds I restarted the server and stoped timed execute and tried changing the time myself with env.time: 9 and the sun still jumps is this a new bug ? anyone know why this is happening ?

That was corrupted sav file. You need to rollback to older sav.
