Some plugins buffer by themselves and stop working. It does not work without reloading, so I need a plugin to send me a consola command every hour

What exactly is a "buffer"? The only reason a plugin would stop working is if there is an error that breaks the timer.

The Timed Execute plugin should work fine for this.

That is something else entirely and has to do with their connection to Discord via the Discord extension and the extension my handling that.
