I manage a trios server and would want to control team swapping. here is my current plugin list for the rules

max 3 teams - max team size

max 3 in base - grouplimits to 3 (controls accesses), remover tool is limited to owner, and tc auth

teaming during raids and pvp I handle via discord logging of events  - raid tracker, death notes

swapping of team mates - none :( 

i was thinking if there is a plugin that allows me to prevent team changes, deletes teams, and if possible allows team change cooldown

any tips appreciated
