uMod - Map background not showing on playrust.io - Rust

Hi,

Looking for some help or info really. I have Rust:io installed on my server but the map is displaying like this:

Also if you sign into steam it randomly logs you in and out as if its losing the connection and reconnecting.

I've checked other server maps and they are displaying as they should do so it must be something in the server but not sure what. I've tried removing it and reinstalling it but that doesn't help.

Still having this issue and there is no way of contacting rust.io about it

Hi you tried to restart rust.io

oxide.reload RustIO

Yes, its been like this now for multiple wipes and many server/oxide updates. It used to be fine and I've changed nothing in the plugins config so am a tad stumped.

I would say that it is that particular map if other maps are showing correctly, After a wipe when choosing a new map i make sure that they are showing correctly before i choose it and enter the map seed into my config, If it was your server none of the maps would show correctly (?),

At first I thought that but it happens on every map i choose.

I've currently got this issue too. I've tried both FireFox and Chrome. It usually happens when I switch server hosts and fixes itself after up to a couple of weeks or so. It's crazy because the 3 maps for the 3 servers were appearing fine on the old server and are in the PlayRust.io gallery, but just won't show when I view the maps on the new server. Frustrating. I've just moved to a new host, so I'm expecting this issue to continue for at least the next couple of weeks. Maybe wipe next Thursday will sort it, who knows?

(BTW, I tried doing oxide.reload RustIO, and it kicked everybody and stopped the server. Hehe.)

Been there and done this myself then facepalmed at myself for being dumb
