Rust of the current version, no corrupted files, this is not the first time I run it, reinstalling the oxide did not help
Look at the server console and see what it does when it stops.
Are you using RustEdit extension ?
Are you using a custom map ?

It's a bit beyond my expertise but it looks like the server is running but cannot establish a connection to Steam and register the server on the IP and port.
Maybe either a firewall or antivirus software is blocking the connection, or maybe even your router.
