I have a server that me and mates play and I restarted the server and it deleted rustdedicated.exe and the start.bat files and when i drag them back i dont have permission so I install a new server and drag over the files and console was just blank so i restarted and it did the same, does anyone else have this problem?

Now if i try to install it pop us as Error! App '258550' state is 0x602 after update job.

I used to have this problem and it turned out that my antivirus thought it was a virus and it kept quarantining it. If you add an exception in your antivirus that should work.
