Sounds like you have some granted that haven't been saved to file yet, or some sort of inheritence set up.

Remove oxid before global wipe. and if I delete the oxid files and install it again? fix it group ? sorry for my bad english

I'd just try a save when the server is running to see if the file is updated with what it shows.

You mean server.writecfg ?
