I'm looking for server hosting with specific features, no rocket science.
Most likely hostings with Tcadmin will not gonna have those features, hostings who use Pterodactyl maybe will got something what I'm looking for.

1. Auto server update ( every server restart it checks for new rust/steam update and apply it.
2. Auto umod update ( every server restart it checks for new umod update and apply it.

What is your price range?

Check out OVH, They have very powerful Game servers, I've had mine for like 1 year now and no issues. Also they have an Anti-DDOS, they send you an email when your server is being ddosed but it does not affect your server performance. If you do not care about price range then OVH is the right product for you.. you can host multiple servers on 1 dedicated box I have 5 on mine

With OVH or any other dedicated server is one big issue. If I host server in EU and US, I have to rent 2 dedicated servers wehich is waste of money. 
Most of hostings these days are good, some little better with support and features.

You can easily install debian (linux) and have LinuxGSM installed on it. Which support both auto server update and Auto Oxide update, I would start by saying Start small then gradually build your empire, It's not an easy task to start your server and have max pop on it, it will take time.
