hi, how are you, im a new server owner and id like to use your plugin no give notices so it does not show in chat, this will be ok to keep my server in vanilla right?

also i need to get max teaming sorted out on my server, for example max team size 4, and also max 4 on a code lock and TC, this im not sure if this will move my server to the modded from vanilla community? thanks in advanced mate, it would be so much easier if every mod had a simple box to say will effect community server status so we know for each and every mod :( its all very over whelming for me being a new server owner :(

Both of those I would not consider to be allowed under the Community list, as they clearly modify the behavior of the game.
