Hosting a server at home with a dynamic IP address?

Hello, I have set up a home server.
Unfortunately I have a dynamic IP and it changes every 24 hours. As a result, the server no longer appears in the favorites again. You have to look for it again first. Is there a possibility that the server stays in the favorites?

I think not. You might be able to share steam links (that you constantly update) like "steam://connect/IP:PORT" but most every server operates from a single IP and changing IP addresses is typically a risky proposition.
