uMod - Linux server freezing on startup sometimes - Rust

hey having trouble with one of my servers hanging sometimes after a restart and having trouble figuring it out. the two servers are running basically running the same plugins but the one having trouble has an extra 4 plugins. I tried renaming the 4 new one with .back so it wouldnt load them and still dose it. im 99% sure its something on the host end but there 99% sure its oxide and a plugin. its really random i can sit here for an hour just restarting it and wont happen but other times its the other way around with just keep hanging after every restart than just go away.
